Whatnot has launched an exciting new initiative to enrich the buyer-seller interaction experience. The concept? A Rewards Club. This program is a cleverly crafted loyalty scheme set to simplify transactions, track engagements, and offer a sprinkle of rewards and recognition to users participating in this bustling marketplace.
The Rewards Club presents a straightforward opportunity for users to engage at a deeper level with sellers and offers a gamified approach to incentivize more purchases. This engaging program ensures a seamless integration into the platform and provides a lighthearted experience for all involved.
Rewarding Interactions
The inner workings of the Rewards Club are designed to benefit both buyers and sellers. Sellers can use this achievement-based loyalty program to expand their businesses while closely monitoring interactions with buyers and issuing rewards accordingly. This constant scheme is hassle-free to join and fosters stronger connections between buyers and sellers, ultimately boosting purchase frequency.
Tailored to Fit
Each seller is unique, just like their business ventures. The Rewards Club stands out for its adaptability, allowing sellers to tailor the loyalty program to meet their individual community and business objectives. Whether it’s awarding points for show attendance, purchase volume, or expenditure thresholds, sellers can customize their rewards system to align perfectly with their goals.
The Ladder of Achievement
Within the Rewards Club structure lie five distinct tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Unlocking each tier requires meeting specific achievements outlined by the seller. These achievements may vary from the number of shows watched, the quantity of purchases made, to the total amount spent during transactions.
Reap the Rewards
As members progress through the tiers, they are granted access to a multitude of rewards and benefits. These perks include status badges, diverse coupons (ranging from dollar-based to percentage-based discounts, and even free shipping offers), and exclusive entry to tier-specific shows. Entering the Rewards Club is automatic upon the completion of set achievements, catapulting members into a realm of exciting benefits.
Seasonal Refinements
To keep the interest alive, the Rewards Club operates on a seasonal reset basis, refreshing every three months. This structure allows sellers to continually enhance their offerings, setting new goals and tweaking their program for a renewed allure. The seasonal breakdown follows the Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall calendar, providing ample opportunities for sellers to revamp their strategies.
Tailoring Made Simple
The flexibility of the Rewards Club is a key feature, catering to the diverse needs of sellers with ease. Sellers can establish achievement thresholds and choose rewards that seamlessly integrate with their business tactics. Managing tiers and accomplishments is a straightforward task, leaving room for adjustments to be made at the conclusion of each season.
Embark on the Journey
As the Rewards Club embarks on its beta testing phase until August 31, the official Season 1 launch is slated for September 1. During the beta period, sellers have the liberty to modify their tiers and deactivate their programs by liaising with their Account Manager or contacting Whatnot Support for swift assistance.
Climb Aboard
For sellers eager to fine-tune their Reward Club tiers in time for Season 1, signing up for early access waitlist is the key to kickstarting this rewarding journey.
Sellers’ Prerequisites
Sellers must meet specific criteria to partake in the Rewards Club, including processing a minimum of 50 orders excluding giveaways, earning over $1,000 on the platform, having a tenure of at least 30 days as a seller, maintaining a seller rating of 4.8 or higher, and steering clear of any violation-related issues.
For the Buyers
Buyers automatically enroll in a seller’s Rewards Club upon making a purchase. Tracking achievements, managing coupons, and reaping rewards can effortlessly be done through the Rewards Club overview page. Remember, purchases made through coupons are deemed final, so choose wisely.
Tracking Progress
The total expenditure, encompassing taxes and shipping costs, contributes towards achievement targets. Yet, discounts garnered through coupons are excluded from the spending achievements, delineating a clear path to progression within the program.
Privacy Matters
Respecting the privacy prerogative of members, the Rewards Club enables users to display or conceal their rewards badges during live shows, allowing for a personalized experience as per individual preferences.
Queries and Aid
Transitioning to the Rewards Club may raise questions, and the Whatnot team is poised to assist every step of the way. Do not hesitate to reach out to our support squad for any queries or guidance.
